Monday and Wednesday @6pm PT join us online for our monthly featured yoga class. 

Welcome to your evening yoga practice. This 25-minute Hatha Flow is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect after whatever kind of day you've had. Whether you have been behind a desk. chasing little ones, digging in the garden, or simply moving through life at full speed, this flow is sure to slow you down. We'll move through gentle but intentional postures, focusing on breath, presence, and release - giving your body and mind exactly what they need to shift out of the day and into rest. Let this be your space to slow down, soften, and settle in.
