Our retreat is an opportunity to take some time away from your daily responsibilities and immerse yourself in nature, allowing yourself to find some balance and become present.

Life can get complicated and stressful, we encourage you to take the time to Hyde away and escape to the mountains of British Columbia and reward your inner being with a deep, contemplative experience. Our retreats are great for corporate team building, girls trip, couples getaway, family time and of course You time.

Our retreat is held at our home overlooking Mara Lake in Sicamous, B.C. and each guest will have their own bedroom. Our grounds our beautifully landscaped and there is plenty of space and quiet spots for reflection.

What is a Yoga Retreat?

The lodging, the view, the activities, the eats

The retreats are fully catered with ethically sourced, locally grown food. We also pride ourselves in sharing our local connections with you such as a visit by The Witchatarian, paddle boarding with turtles, ethically sourced mala necklaces with meditation practice, and local winery tasting in the comfort of the Pergola outside.

Come and connect with likeminded souls. You will start the weekend as strangers, but by the end you will have made a deep connection with other guests who have come on the transformative journey with you.
