Service Description
This practice is for everyone, you don’t have to be a runner to enjoy the benefits of the extra focus on core muscle groups. We will work on strengthening your ankles and feet while increasing the flexibility. This practice will include gentle movement sequences that will help release tight hip flexors, quads, calves and hamstrings.
